License Agreement for Single User License for Betahat 

Laissez Faire Software grants a license to use one copy of the software on a single computer, with a single terminal, to the original purchaser, provided you comply with the terms of this license.  Copies may be made for backup purposes only.  Distribution, repackaging, or reselling of the software, to third parties, is not allowed under this agreement.  The software is copyrighted and owned by Laissez Faire Software. 

Should the download contain a different version than the one you already use you may use either one and destroy or not use the other.  

You may not rent, lease, transfer, network or otherwise distribute any contents of the software package to anyone outside your organization. You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the software.

The LICENSOR warrants that it is sole owner of the software and has full power and authority to grant this license herein without consent of any other party. 

Warranty Information

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, even if Laissez Faire Software has been advised of that purpose. 

In no event shall Laissez Faire Software be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or the inability to use the product even if Laissez Faire Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply.

License Agreement for Site License for Betahat 

This is a perpetual license for the use of the software within your organization, and is not transferable. This license allows internal use and copying of the software by as many users/ machines as you, the licensee, find fit. Distribution, repackaging, or reselling of the software, to third parties, is not allowed under this agreement. The software is copyrighted and owned by Laissez Faire Software.
